We offer a state-wide shared services program, with standard documents and procedures, online registration, and simple opt-in participation agreements for municipalities. Here are the elements of this program, which under the new law may be adopted by ordinance by each municipality.

We also offer program development services for municipalities that want to create their own programs in order to accelerate PACE in their municipality. Through our 501(c)(3) not-for-profit umbrella, Possible Planet (incorporated as the Center for Regenerative Community Solutions or CRCS), we can assist municipalities, community organizations, neighborhood groups, as well as churches, universities, and hospitals, in maximizing their benefits from PACE.

We’ve studied extensively the experience in other states and have concluded that an open-market program is the most effective approach — and the one increasingly being adopted in most of the states with Commercial PACE initiatives.

Through this program, we offer consulting services on a “no cost” basis to municipalities, and collect an administrative fee on a per-project basis only once the program is established. No RFP is required to engage our services, and we can provide advice on a formal or informal basis. While the NJPACE Program may provide administrative services to municipalities, our program will remain open to all participants through a competitive, transparent, and accessible marketplace. Municipalities are also not restricted from approving projects from other service providers.
