Cliff Elder, Trustee of The Warwick Condominium Association, will lead a tour of the critical building improvements to be financed through PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy).
New Jersey PACE is a 501(c)(3) that administers PACE, one of the hottest new trends in energy efficiency financing. Pending NJ legislation , storm and flood resiliency projects will be financeable through PACE. These projects also create local jobs and reduce carbon pollution.
